Channel Advisor Integration

Follow these simple steps to connect Ezi Returns with your Channel Advisor account

  1. Go to
  2. Login using you Channel Advisor account details
  3. You will be given a token.
  4. Send an email to Ezi Returns ( containing this token. Include that you request to integrate your Channel Advisor account, along with the following details:
    1. Two Order Numbers for each Channel Advisor connected storefront. These should be for completed orders so we can check the contents of each field come through correctly. No returns will be processed for these example orders as a part of this testing.

Once we have completed tests upon the orders given and have confirmed we're seeing all the information the integration needs to see, we'll let you know and you'll be considered integrated.
